God is with us…
As the prophets look forward to God’s restoration of His people and His earth the hope of ‘God with us’ is a strong theme. Jesus ushered in the fulfillment of all these hopes, His Kingdom is already here and yet His Kingdom is to come. As God’s Holy Spirit dwells within us we can know the truth of this beautiful verse from Zephaniah and one day we will know it in a deeper and truer way. Read the verse again, what truth do you need to experience more today, that God is near, that He saves you, delights in you, loves you, calms you or sings over you. Pause and ask God to give you a greater glimpse of the truth of this today.
