THE VICTORIAN EASTER BISCUIT BAKE IS BACK!
WE NEED TO BAKE 79,000 BISCUITS BY EASTER.
DUST OFF YOUR APRONS AND PREHEAT THOSE OVENS!
For Easter 2023 Prison Fellowship again plans to provide every Victorian inmate with 10 home-made biscuits.
Prison Fellowship would love for our church community to partner with them again to show Victorian prisoners that the Christian community has not forgotten them.  This is a real, practical and simple way to give a profound message of love and hope.  Each prisoner will receive 10 assorted biscuits and a card that speaks of God’s love and Jesus’ death and resurrection.
If you are willing and able to help make biscuits:

• All biscuits need to be homemade. Please ensure that they are BIG, CRISP and ROBUST - will not crumble. (e.g. Choc Chip, Ginger Snap, Oatmeal, 120, Anzac or Jam Drop  -  see sample recipes
• Please do not use NUTS or peanut butter or almond meal 
• Pack biscuits must be in rigid, SEALED, airtight disposable containers (ice-cream containers are ideal)
• All ingredients and the number of biscuits must be clearly listed on the top of the container

Please hand biscuits to Susan or Keith Moyle on or before Sunday March 26th or, if that is not possible, give them a call to arrange collection or delivery.
As Sunday March 26th is an Engage Sunday, Susan and Keith will be at MFE on that day between 10am and 11am and between 3pm and 4pm to receive your biscuit contributions.
