The How We Love Course helps us discover our love/attachment style. We discover the way our relational experiences especially our early ones shape how we respond to others and express love.
We consider our relationship's core patterns, created as our love styles combine and recognise the roots of our relational struggles.
We learn a helpful tool, The Comfort Circle, which helps us move toward a state of secure attachment and relational understanding and healing.
