I Will Lean In (a daily prayer to say during Lent)
I will lean in, retreat from the pressures I face, and move closer and deeper into your love.
I will breathe out, refrain from the distractions I seek, and become open and receiving of your grace.
I will linger, encircled by the depth of your care, and receive the endless nature of your mercy.
I will whisper, in the quiet of this moment, and be honest and real in your presence.
I will listen, awaken all my senses to your voice, and become expectant and hopeful of your kingdom work in my life.

I give you...
Lord Jesus,
I give you my hands to do your work,
 I give you my feet to go your way.
I give you my eyes to see as you do.
 I give you my tongue to speak your words.
I give you my mind that you may think in me.
I give you my spirit that you may pray in me.
Above all, I give you my heart that you may love in me your Father and all mankind.
I give you my whole self that you may grow in me,
so that it is you, Lord Jesus, who live and work and pray in me.
